For some, gardening is a necessary evil and for others its therapy! I love flowers and gardens but until recently I have never really embraced gardening although I admit I am starting to enjoy it more and more. With the recent nice weather I have been slowly starting and thought I would send out some tips that might come in handy!
Quick Tips to Get Your Garden Spring-Ready:
✅ Clear out winter debris – Trim back dead branches, rake up leaves, and give your plants some breathing room. Don't do this too early though, let the ecosystem in your garden come to life first.
✅ Check your soil – After a long winter, your soil needs a little love. Add compost or fresh soil to enrich it.
✅ Start planting early bloomers – Hardy flowers like tulips, daffodils, and pansies can handle cooler spring temps.
✅ Revive your lawn – A quick aeration and some fresh seed can work wonders for that patchy winter grass.
✅ Set up your outdoor space – Bring out the patio furniture, clean off the deck, and get your garden tools organized!
